Who holds the space
Meet Anupma
Mental Health Counsellor, Therapist & Life Coach
Hi, I’m Anupma Gupta. I believe in the goodness of people and help them find the same if, for any reason, they feel stuck and can’t see their best. This starts with a conversation. Along the way, together, we uncover their best path and their next move.
I’m deeply committed to helping people break down their barriers and live a more fulfilling life. It brings genuine joy to my heart to make someone’s life happier.

A real glimpse
What a Sunday looks like
From one of our meetups — what we do, and what the people who come say about it.

Recent Sunday mornings
What we sat with lately.

The Good, The Bad & The Lessons In Between
Teacher's Day is around the corner — but what about the teacher who has never left our side, life itself? The good, the bad, the joy, the pain: perhaps each carries a lesson. Let's pause, reflect, and be grateful for the lessons life quietly teaches us.

Pottery Workshop
Hands, clay, and a wheel. An afternoon of making something together.

Forgiveness
Forgiving others sets us free. But forgiving ourselves? That's where the real healing lives.

Thoughts are not facts
The Earth is flat. Sounds ridiculous, right? But that's exactly what people once believed, until they ventured beyond what they knew. Our thoughts can be just like that. Are you ready to question yours?

Endings are Gateways
Every goodbye holds the quiet promise of a new beginning. We explore how every closure can open a new door.

Break Free & Rise
A Sunday morning to pause, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter.

Doodling Workshop
Slow down, breathe, and let your pen flow. A gentle space to create, connect, and find calm within.

Listening to Your Mind and Body
An International Yoga Day special, with a free yoga session beforehand. Our mind and body are always communicating with us through thoughts, emotions, energy, and even discomfort — yet in the busyness of life, we often miss these messages. Come as you are.
A Bangalore community to pause, reflect, connect and grow
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. Work pressures, relationship challenges, family responsibilities, self-doubt, loneliness, anxiety, or simply the feeling that you are carrying too much on your own.
The Sunday Meetup is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend some time reconnecting with yourself and others. It is a space for meaningful conversations, self-reflection, learning, and community.
You do not need to be going through a crisis to attend. You simply need a willingness to show up for yourself.
What it is (and isn’t)
The Sunday Meetup is not a therapy session or group therapy. It is a facilitated community space focused on emotional wellbeing, personal growth, connection, and self-awareness.
While many of the topics we explore relate to emotions, relationships, confidence, stress, boundaries, self-worth and life challenges, the meetup is designed as a shared learning and reflection experience rather than a therapeutic intervention.
You are never expected to share personal details, and participation is always voluntary. Some people come to listen. Others come to share. Both are welcome.
What happens during a meetup
This is not a networking event, a lecture, or a place where you are expected to share personal details if you do not want to. Each meetup follows a thoughtfully designed structure to help you slow down, reflect, learn and connect.
- Guided discussions on life, relationships, emotions and personal growth
- Reflection exercises and self-awareness activities
- Practical tools from psychology, mindfulness and coaching
- Meaningful conversations in a supportive environment
- Group activities that encourage connection and learning
- Opportunities to share, listen, and gain new perspectives

Where in Bangalore do you meet?
We meet in Bangalore, also called Bengaluru. Past gatherings have included Lal Bagh and Mighty Paws in Kasavanahalli. The location can vary, so check the current Meetup.com listing for the venue before travelling.
When is the next meetup, and how do I join?
Our usual time is Sunday, 9:00–11:00 AM IST. Visit our Meetup.com group to check the next confirmed gathering, its theme, venue, availability and any fee, then RSVP there.
Can I come alone if I am new to Bangalore?
Yes. You can come on your own, whether you are new to the city or looking for a community closer to home. No experience with mindfulness, coaching or personal development is needed. Come as you are.
Do I have to speak or share personal stories?
No. Participation is voluntary. Some people come to listen, others to share; both are welcome. You choose what feels comfortable for you.
Who hosts the meetups? Is this group therapy?
Anupma Gupta, a mental health counsellor, therapist and life coach, facilitates the space. The meetup is a community learning and reflection experience, not a therapy session or group therapy.
Sometimes, 90 minutes can change your entire week
We spend so much of our time taking care of responsibilities, solving problems, and showing up for everyone else. The Sunday Meetup is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and spend time with people who are also committed to growing, learning and living more consciously.
